1. Why should I (Client) choose PTHC?

We have tried to provide you with a number of reasons to work with PTCH.  If you have specific questions, we urge you to telephone us and speak with one of our staff.

If I want to change a caregiver for any reason, is it okay to do that?

Yes,  If you do decide to change a worker’s status, we ask you to let us know. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We do accept major credit cards, check.


Do we accept insurance?

If you have insurance and you  are not sure if you cover for your  home care needs. We will call the insurance to get a care authorization. 

We have work with Well Care and Aetna  for Care Authorization. Call us for more details.
